Call Her By Name - Northside's Prison Ministry

We can’t travel to the prison right now, but we can still encourage the women there in Christ! Please join us in sending encouraging notes and drawings! This is something your whole family can participate in. Notes filled with encouragement, hope and scriptures will show the women the love of Christ and that people care for them.

All notes and drawings must be on plain, white, copy paper. No card stock or colored paper. Please leave out all personal, identifying information. You may say that your note is from Northside and invite them to join us when they are released.

The Chaplin will distribute them to the women as they gather for a movie night.

All drawings and letters should be mailed to Northside Prison Ministry – 7911 Oak Moss Drive, Spring, TX 77379.

Prison Ministry Online Supply Drive

Supplies like deodorant, soap, toothpaste, and shampoo are not given to Texas prisoners for their daily needs. Throughout the year, the Chaplins at the state facilities receive supply donations to provide these items to those who cannot afford to purchase them. However, during this season no supplies are coming in.

Help meet this need by purchasing the items on this list: Amazon Wish List

Roth Elementary - Encourage a Teacher

Send a special heart felt email of encouragement to the staff at Roth Elementary. If you would like to participate, contact Carl Harris. He will give you a link to the Roth Directory and the names for you to email. All that is needed is a note like the example below:

Hello “teacher name” my name is “your name” from Northside Christian Church. I know things are crazy right now with all of the virtual lesson plans you are rolling out, fielding questions from parents and students, plus possibly homeschooling your own children too. We want you to know you are loved and cared for, and that You matter; how can I pray for you this week?
