Guest Check-In locations are located in the Main building and Children’s Building. Birth – 30 months and Pre-Teen (4th and 5th grade) are located in the Main Building. Preschool (31months – Pre-K) and Elementary (K-3rd grade) are located in the Children’s Building.
We ask that all guests fill out a children’s registration card before acquiring your secure check-in tag. You may print out the Registration Card and bring it with you filled out to expedite the process. If you are unable to print, registration cards are available at Guest check-in locations when you arrive. Once your child’s information is entered into our database, check-in security tag and our welcome team will walk you to your child’s area.
You must present your tag when you pick up your child. For our re-occurring guests and members, we offer the Self Check-In option. One of our manned kiosks can provide you with a key tag. Once you receive the key tag you can check-in at our unmanned kiosks in the Children’s and Main Building. Self Check-In allows for a quicker alternative to the check-in process.
All entrances to our children’s area are monitored before, during, and after each service. All of our volunteers have had a background check and are carefully trained to ensure the safest environment possible.
Children are accepted into the classrooms 10 minutes prior to the service. Only parents/guardians who have a security tag are allowed to enter the classroom portion of the Children’s building.
Children who show signs or symptoms of a fever or any other contagious illnesses are asked to go home and we will see them next week!
