The Master Plan has all the buildings facing a large outdoor commons area with a park area and lake feature that runs along Kuykendahl Road. Crossing the drainage ditch will be a four-lane bridge and also a pedestrian walkway that leads from the 900 car parking lot.

The four buildings include, "The Preserve", a chapel/counseling buildings, "The Fold", which is the Phase I Worship Center and offices but eventually Youth Building, "The Kid's Treehouse", the state of the art children's building and "The Worship Lodge" the future 1,500 seat worship center and office building. This 34 acre site is covered in tall pines and 75 year old oak trees.
